Arcade Style Vehicle Game

University project in which i had to create a vehicle game with weapons

I decided to develop a crazy taxi style game set within a worn torn city. This giving a reasoning behind the weaponry.

The entire technical side has been done in UE4s Blueprint and has been made by myself. I have also designed and meshed the city.

The majority of the art has been sourced online however i have modelled and textured some assets.

Features

Pick up points have random destinations and the passengers times limit is based on the distance to that destination with a little bit of randomisation variance.

3 Different time limits to choose from, each having there own high score list

Full Controller support

2 player controlled weapons ( rocket launcher and Pulse Weapon ) and an AI controlled mini-gun

Basic Traffic system with traffic lights.

No game continuation - arcade style, one go to get highest score possible

​However due to a bug it did not appear in the submitted build

Improvements

Fix the arrow above the car

Make the enemy combat vehicles a different mesh

Improve enemy AI to hunt down the player

Improve loading times
