I was Lead Tech on a third person multiplayer thief game. Set in the future you play as a robot stealing human artifacts while avoiding the security systems. As Lead tech i had to make sure networking worked and that the game runs smoothly. I was in charge over 5 junior techs who i delegate tasks to and over seen their work that they produced. I ensured that we produced what the design team asked for and it was done as efficiently as possible.
